Rings of Health support and troubleshooting.
Common Issues
- “Not connected”: Click Connect Oura and complete the OAuth flow.
- 401 / token expired: Retry once; the app attempts automatic token refresh. If it still fails, reconnect.
- No records returned: Check the selected date range and confirm Oura has data for those dates.
- Wrong “today” date: The dashboard sends local dates, but server fallback dates are UTC if query params are omitted.
How to Reconnect
- Open
/oura/login. - Authorize the app in Oura.
- Return to the dashboard and click “Load Data”.
Data & Privacy Requests
For token deletion or privacy questions, use your preferred contact channel and include the app name (Rings of Health) plus approximate date/time of your last login.
Developer Notes
If you are running this yourself, make sure the required environment variables and KV binding are configured: Oura client ID/secret, redirect URI, and OURA_TOKENS.
