Common Issues

How to Reconnect

  1. Open /oura/login.
  2. Authorize the app in Oura.
  3. Return to the dashboard and click “Load Data”.

Data & Privacy Requests

For token deletion or privacy questions, use your preferred contact channel and include the app name (Rings of Health) plus approximate date/time of your last login.

Developer Notes

If you are running this yourself, make sure the required environment variables and KV binding are configured: Oura client ID/secret, redirect URI, and OURA_TOKENS.
